I want to see all the tickets on the Kanban board, even those that were closed more than 2 weeks ago, but can't find the option anywhere in Jira Cloud.
I am project admin and am pretty sure I saw it before. Any suggestions? Did something change recently?
Can you please share more details about your specific project? Is this a TMP or CMP project. If it is a CMP project does it happen to be a business project? Can you share a screenshot of your board?
Not all projects and boards are created equal and that they cannot be modified and they have fixed behaviors.
It is a Team Managed Project. The board is just a standard board with customised columns, screenshots attached.
All the articles I found refer to the Board Settings for filter settings, but as you can see all I get there is Manage Workflow, Hide cover Images and Configure Board, which only allows to configure columns and map statuses to them.
I now have a feeling that this setting is only available on custom boards, but I'm also not able to assign a new board to that project.

With TMP projects you do not have the ability to configure the interval at which completed issues are aged off the board. By default issues are aged off after 14 days in the resolution status. Alternatively you have the ability to manually remove issues from the done column. The articles you refer to our indeed related to CMP projects. Now there is a opportunity to create hey separate bored that you can use and configure for your TMP project. I will note that there are limitations but it may work for you. I would refer you to this article I wrote a while back - Multiple-boards-in-Business-and-Team-Managed-Projects-You-bet-you-can!

Yes, and...to what Jack notes: Here is a suggestion to make when issues leave a TMP board configurable. You may watch/vote for it.
