Hi
I'm using Jira cloud and seems that authentication method was changed, since I moved from Jira server to Jira cloud. So I can't make it anymore, and my organization is not allowing the Jira-->Excel Add-In, because it hasn't passed through Jira security assessment yet.
I learned that I need to create a API token for authentication. So I'm running authentication using API. But when I paste the link, it just bring one empty row (I was expecting more than 10). I noticed also that when I copy the link (Export to csv, on my filtering) the link itself comes with an embedded token, which was not the case for the server version. So what would be the steps to successfully make a proper connection?
@Daniel you can find authentication details in the API documentation https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/intro/#introduction
