Can't install XRAY

Hi,

My team shortlisted XRAY as one of our test case management tool candidates. I wanted to try it out so I installed JIRA locally. I went to Atlassian Marketplace for JIRA but nothing is loading and I can't seem to find XRAY or any other plugin. What could be wrong with my setup?

Can anyone help me out please? Thanks a lot!

Hey Thomas,

Can you please let me know your Jira server version along with the database you have configured? 

Certain apps yet not compatible with the latest version of Jira.

Jira version is 8.0. Database is just JIRA's internal h2.

You can drop the H2 database and try again by configuring the Jira.

Also, I would recommended to use any MY SQL/MS SQL database and check. Also, certain apps yet not supported on latest Jira version 8.0.
