Can't locate Database configuration tool within the trial version of JIRA?

I downloaded the standalone version of JIRA and trying to switch the db from HSQL to sql server express 2008 following the documentation http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA044/Connecting+JIRA+to+SQL+Server+2008#ConnectingJIRAtoSQLServer2008-tool

I couldn't locate the JIRA Configuration Tool. I searched under 'Administration' and under 'System\General configuration'.

Found it .....

"Open a command prompt and run config.bat in the bin subdirectory of the JIRA Installation Directory."
