Can't manage sprints anymore after upgrade to 8.1

Hi,

After the upgrade to 8.1 I'm not able to close sprints.

The button is not visible.

I've tried:

• https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/users-cannot-manage-a-sprint-start-close-etc-despite-having-the-manage-sprint-project-permission-824345392.html
• https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/can-t-complete-the-sprint-900798702.html
• Creating a new user and new project - still the same

I'm out of ideas.

Hi @Prem Chudzinski _extensi_,

Just to be sure, does the user you are trying to close the sprint with still have a valid Jira Software application license, as I believe Jira Software access is required for anything that has to do with sprints.

Hi I'm system admin, everything worked before the upgrade. Yes the license is valid.
