Thanks, Joel - we noticed this earlier with some users and our IT Team is currently working to resolve this. I'll let you know here when this has been fixed. In the meantime, you should be able to create an issue by emailing jirastudio-support-system@atlassian.com - please include all info including your email and SEN in that message.
