Hi !
I have on premise workflow I’d like to import to my cloud instance.
I’m following this guide
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-and-export-issue-workflows/
Fifth step from the Guide says, I should select App Type
Ensure 'App Type' is listed as 'Not a Plugin.'
Actually, there is no App Type drop down on the Publish new app page.
If I just ignore this instruction, I have App (which is private).
Now, I’m trying to Import workflow.
(Workflows > Add workflow > Import from marketplace)
I'll search for workflow. I can put my workflow name there or id of the application
there are no result there.
If go through my application, I go through View app,
I can select a button Get it now.
I select Cloud and again Get it now
The result is screen with message Looks like you took a wrong turn.
How should I proceed ?
Hey @Andrej Had ,
If the instructions on the official documentation are no longer valid (which can happen over time) you can always report it through a support ticket.
You can raise that on https://support.atlassian.com/contact
Or at the bottom of the page there is a "provide feedback about this article" link
Hi Dirk.
Thank you, I've already did that.
In the mean time, I'm asking the community for the solution.
Maybe there is known workaround.
