Nicat Nagiyev January 8, 2019

Hi @Nicat Nagiyev

What is the difference between draft workflow and published workflow?

Hi @Leo Diaz - Deiser,

the draft workflow is the workflow in the first picture.

And this is the published workflow:

Hi!

The problem is the status Open I suppose it was removed... Try to include the Open Status and Publish... after that:

  1. Create new workflow as a copy (that way it will be inactive)
  2. Add/remove all the transitions and status you need
  3. Associate the workflow with your scheme and the issue types again to activate it
  4. Run through the wizard
  5. Done
