Can't see agile drop down menu - have Jira Software

Hi have licensed JIRA software, but I cant see agile option at the top bar. 

Which is why I am not able to rank the issues in a particular status. I am the admins I want to be able to rank issues to prioritise them for development. 

How can I do that?

It's "Boards" in JIRA software, not Agile.
