we setted an automations that generates a copy of a ticket in case of a flag, unfortunately, the reporter of the principal ticket can't see the generated one on her portal, but only the main one.

Please verify that the Reporter is the customer AND the request type is set.
As far i can see, the reporter is the same and the the project type is "Cross-Project", could it be a problem related to the "Type"? A she can see certain kind of type in her portal?
