Can't see the dropdown for adding fields to card layout

Is anyone else having this bug? When I go to add another field to my card layout, I can't actually see the dropdown. 

I can see the dropdown flash past when the page loads, but then it just looks like this..

It's not a bug. You can only add three field on a card layout. Delete one and the dropdown will appear again.
