Can't seem to ask question to community

I get an authentication ticket mismatch? I was trying to ask a question about notifications and got this message twice. Interestingly enough, this one made it through???

Try to check with your Organisation Jira Admin, looks like an internal issue.

Else try to contact Atlassian Support
