Can't select Epic Name with the new screen layout

I've made sure that "Epic Name" is available on the selected screen.

But in the new layout editor, this field doesn't show up !??

If you are using an NG project epic name isn’t supported. There is an issue open on this I believe.

Im not using next gen projects...  But I am using the new jira look. 

Apparantly epic name isn't supported in that either 😞

review it's in the right screen and it's not hidden in field configuration.
