Hello Community,
the Jira service of our production instance does not start. it says that the plugin hipchat is not enabled, but this plugin is not installed in our instance.
Also, the atlassian-jira.log file can go up to 2GB which causes the instance to crash. even if its limited to 20MB in the log4j.properties file.
We appriciate your help on this issue guys.
Best regards,
You'll need to look at the rest of the log to see why it is failing. Just one failed plugin load will not be the cause of a complete failure to start.
Hi @Redha BENYAHIA ,
I don't think it's the Hipchat plugin. Are there any other errors in the log? Did you check also the catalina.out log?
Doesn't Jira start at all or does it crash or is it just not accessible?
