Can't strip quote email out of comment

I've set up JIRA to create a comment on reply to an email. I'm using a regexhandler

This is my regex

splitregex=/(-+\s*Original Message\s*-+)|(____________*)/

And I'm still getting the whole email being added?

I'm using Exchang 2007 and Outlook 2010 using html emails.

Anyone know what else I need to do or what I have to change?
