Can't tag team member in comments + yesterday I was the only one with an error in Jira - Unauthorized (401)
All team members are working
Hi @Andrii Danylenko and welcome to the community,
IN order to mention users you must have the browse users and groups global permission. I would assume that you have that, since you can mention all team members, but one. Is my last sentence correct?
In addition, what do you mean by " I was the only one with an error in Jira - Unauthorized (401)"? When did you see that error message? What action you were trying to do and where?
Hey brother, Thanx. @Alex Koxaras -Relational-
Yes, I have access, on Friday everything was working fine, I tagged team members.
Yesterday I logged into Jira (just logged in) and wanted to see my tasks and got a 401 error.
*They changed my email to corporate, the error is gone, but I can't tag any of the team members in any project

Maybe I need to clean the cookies in my browser? 😀🕺

@Andrii Danylenko no, you have to tell your jira administrators to give you the "Browse users and groups" global permission (actually to add you to a group which has this permission). After that, you'll be able again to mention all users.

The administrator of my project said I had access like everyone else. I have no idea why I can't tag team members.
Cleaned the cookie as well.

@Andrii Danylenko Try to clear the browser cookies and cache from all time and then try to access. Hope this will work!
