When I navigate to the Screens tab in the Jira settings, no screens display by default and when I search for known screens I've created, nothing shows up. I can still create screens, edit them, and copy them, but I can no longer use the Screens tab for some reason. I was initially able to, however. Not sure what I changed.

I believe that you're being impacted by the following bug:
This usually happens because one of your deleted screens is still associated with a published workflow.
Please check if the workaround provided in the bug works for you. If you were not able to find the affected workflow, please open a new ticket in our Support portal, describe the problem and mention my name on it, so I can properly find the affected workflow for you.
