Can the Release Panel be viewed for LaunchDarkly's integration without labs being turned on?

I've integrated with LaunchDarkly, but I can't find a way to see the release panel to allow engineers to add a feature flag without activating Labs.

We have no intention of using the labs view as its a bit of a mess at the moment.  

Is there another option or do we simply need to wait for a different integration?
