Can the estimated hours logged at Sub-task rolled up to Story in Jira?

I have created Stories and multiple Sub-Tasks under each story. I wanted to rollup all the time logged at Story level. I wanted to use the Burndown chart to know the remaining to be done

That's not what a burnup chart is for, and it won't work because a burnup chart is showing progression through your estimates, which you don't put on sub-tasks.
