Can the quick Create Issue on the Plan Mode work with multiple projects?

Right now we have a team that supports multiple projects, and we use one Scrum board to support all of them.

Unfortunately, when we click the "Create Issue" button on the bottom, we get the full Create Issue dialog instead of the "Quick Create" in-board creation.

Is there a way to enable this for our board, or would that be a new feature?

This is an expected behaviour. This functionality only works if you only filter your Scrum board for one project.
