Can there be a scroll bar added to the top of the table that displays child issues?

When looking at the table of children of a Jira work item, there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom in the event that you need to view additional columns. However, there is no scroll bar at the top of that table, making it user unfriendly to have to scroll down and up to view across. Can a horizontal scroll bar be added to the top also?
