Can tickets on a Kanban board show up on a scrum board with sprints

I have a Kanban board with two status' TO DO and IN PROGRESS.  I have a scrum board with a totally different workflow (includes TO DO and IN PROGRESS) which includes tickets all assigned to various sprints. 

I have been asked to show the tickets on the kanban board on the Scrum Board. However I do not see that this is possible if they are not part of a sprint.  Am I correct? or is this possible.

Hi @Shari Fitz-Patrick 

On the kanban board you define a filter with which you visualize the issues included in your filter. The scrum board displays issues within a sprint. If an issue is not in a sprint, it will not be displayed on that board. But it will be displayed on the kanban board.
