Can transitions of Story automatically trigger the necessary transitions for Feature?

For ex. if I have 3 Stories linked to a Feature and one of them is moved from "To Do" to "In Progress" state , I'm expecting that that the Feature should also now change to "In Progress" from "To Do" automatically. Similarly, when all the 3 Stories linked to the Feature are done, the Feature too should transition to Done.

Any help is greatly Appreciated

We don't have Automation Add-on integrated to our jira Applicaton. Is there any other way to do this.
