Can we create Script or Automatism that a Feature is closed when all it s linked issues are closed. Problem is that we have linked issue to a Feature , i do not think if this works as with a Sub task.

Yes you can, a few add-ons maybe be able to do it natively (update the status of linked issues). Try searching the Marketplace.

Ultimately, you can just create your own 'post-function' script to be called in the "Close" event to ran a script to do what you want, basically anything.
