Can we add CC list / show multiple email ids in filter subscription

Requirement:

I need to send a particular filter data to my manager on a timely basis. She is expected to review that data and reply back to our team with the approval or disapproval.

But when I created the filter and subscribed for our entireteam (created a user group), all my teammates including my manger are receiving their individual copies of the filter but not able to see other email ids. So, my manger is not able to click on reply all and send the approval. She is not interested to add the receipts manually while replying. She is looking for an automated solution for this. 

But I am not able to understand, what needs to be done. Could you please help!

Hi @Yatam_ Annapurna 

The functionality of subscriptions will only send a separate copy of the filter to each member of the subscription list so will not give your manager the solution she is looking for.

The email should contain a link to the filter so it can be viewed in Jira. This list will have an elipsis icon (...) at the far right which will show available actions on each item that can be used to approve without opening the item. Assuming your manager is on line.

I’m guessing your manager wants something really simple and quick. That would require some customisation. Look at the marketplace for email handlers and automation plugins. All will require some time to configurecand implement.
