I am using  "JIRA Server". 

Can we able add custom fields on tempo timesheet.

You cannot add a TEMPO custom FIELD, but you can add Worklog Attributes (looks like this is applicable in Server, Data Center & Cloud)

Because Tempo looks at worklogs, not tickets, you cant have a field that applies only to a single Tempo entry - but you can add a Worklog Attribute that appears on the Log work Screen.

I am assuming that you want to add a Jira custom field to Tempo Report view.

JIRA custom fields can not be added to the Tempo Report view.

However, it is possible to add custom field information to the export (CSV or Excel), when exporting a Tempo Report.
