Can we add many js file and how to import them

Hi guys , i am doing a plugin for JIRA Server , I add a web-resource in the atlassian-plugin.xml file to import the js file to modify my velocity file.

My question is :

1/ Can I import multiple js file in one web-resources

2/ If can, how to use them. What i mean is i have a Main.js and a Sub.js file . I want to call a function in Sub,js file to run in Main.js file . Please help me to do that .
