Can we add other organization's users(who has different domain/mail) to the JIRA? what are the steps

I would like to add (give access) users of other organizations to the JIRA, to my customer JIRA tool which is approved.

For example i have JIRA set up for "jira.abc.com" but i would like to add the users from @xyz.com to this tool.

Hi Bhargava ,

This depends on how the users are created in your environment. If you are using local accounts you can create the users without any issues. If you are using active directory/LDAP then you have to look into the process of using the other organization's AD.
