Can we change the form submission success screen?

Hello,

After a user submits a form there's a confirmation screen.

Is it possible to customize this page ?

I just want to change the sentences.

Currently no, you cannot, since it's been hard coded by Atlassian.

Currently, we don't have a way to customise the success screen. We have an open suggestion ticket to display the work item key when the form is submitted: Display issue key on the form submission screen

I'd suggest you vote for this, and add a comment with the additional suggestion to allow admins to customise the success message.

Yes, if you're using Smart Forms for Jira, you can customize the text that appears on the form submission confirmation screen!

To do this:

1. Open the form in Smart Forms for Jira

2. Go to the “Settings” tab

3. Scroll to “Submission Message”

4. There, you can enter your own custom text—thank the user, provide next steps, or add contact info.

💡 You can also include answers from the submitted form using form field keys (e.g., $email, $requestType) to personalize the message.
