As Alexey mentioned, Backbone Issue Sync for Jira allows you to synchronize issues (in your case these could be subtasks) between Jira instances. It has fine-granular control on which fields you want to synchronize. And because issues are synchronized, you can configure Backbone so that when changes are made in one of the synced issues, the same change is automatically applied to the other synced issue.
