Can we convert base URL as hyperlink with only text

Hi Team,

We have one text field where we will enter some ID to it once we enter ID it should fetch it's base URL and should be available as hyperlink with only entered text, right now we have written one listener where we can convert it to hyperlink with base URL but not able to hide base URL.

Any idea how can achieve this using groovy listener in Jira?
