Can we default JIRA issues under the Activity view?

Hello, 

Is there a way to put the activity view as the default for every JIRA issue? And lock it that way by the JIRA Admins?

I don't think there's an admin screen that can control this globally. The settings on what tabs to appear are controlled per user and is saved on the DB per user too. You have several options to:

• Create a javascript that will bring up the Activity tab everytime
• Create a code snippet to do it
• Request this feature
• Hack the DB accounts (periodically)
