Can we directly select site in 3LO authentication URL ?

We are creating a 3LO Jira app, we are authenticating users by

https://auth.atlassian.com/authorize?audience=api.atlassian.com&prompt=consent&response_type=code&client_id=&scope=&redirect_uri=&state= 

is there any query parameter to direct select jira site in drop down instead of give all the jira sites
