Can we do Jira migration with expired license

Hi,

We are planning for migration of our Jira, we have some questions regarding this can you please help us on this.

1)Is it possible to migrate Jira with expired License.
2)If yes, what are all the challenges we face if we migrate with the expires license.

Yes, you can migrate it with an expired licence.  Assuming by "migrate" you mean "move to another server".  You'll need to make sure the server ID is carried over from the old install though, and you stop using the old one.
