Can we get a JIRA Report showing the Available Capacity vs Logged Time for a Scrum Team?

Is there a possibility in Jira to get a Report showing the Available Capacity (in Hrs) for a particular iteration vs Total Logged Time (in Hrs) in any point in the iteration for each members of the team using a Bar Chart as given below?
