Can we give a meaningful title to our screenshot images?

It is great that I can use CTRl-V to paste in a screen shot to my Jira item comments, but notice how cryptic the resultant PNG name is when you hover the mouse over the pasted screen shot when reading the item comments, as shown in the first illustration below.  Is there a way I can rename the screen shot so it looks more like the second illustration below?

Currently, it's not possible to rename an image after adding it to a ticket. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
