Scenario:
We have created sample project and there are five Issue Types: Story, Epic, Task, Change Request and Bug for that particular project. Now we have reported few issue as bug (issue type) from the different group/set of users (client side).
Additionally, we have created the Epic and issues inside Epic from Vodlo users/Vodlo Groups. Issues reported by Vodlo group should not be displayed to Client group/set of users. How can we hide set of issues for particular set of users/different group?
You can't, out of the box, if they are in the same project. Security is at the project level, not issue or field. The behaviors plugin might allow it, but I don't know if it is available in the cloud instance. In general don't give access to anything to the jira-users group or 'anyone'; that will lead to problems if you want to limit access to projects. The jura-users group should only be used to allow logon rights.
