Can we link a New task to another new task via the Same CSV while first time import?

Example: I am importing 2 Tasks via CSV to my Jira project:

• Task A
• Task B

I have to create the issues in Jira and also link Task A to Task B in the same import function.

Is it possible? Can any issue be linked to each other while importing if they do not already exist in Jira?

Yes, you can include in your import file information that will create a link between issues that are also being created during the import.
