Hello to all of you,
In our organization, we just have started to get in touch with Jira Cloud. As of right now, we are not able to lock the Original estimated time of an issue. This is a concern for us since both administrators or users can modify this field. As per so, if there's a way to lock this field, we would be really grateful.

You can remove this field from the Edit issue screen. In this case nobody will be able to edit this field.
