Can we move subtasks to different sprints

Hi All, 

Can we move subtasks in Jira to different sprints? We have a scenario where some subtasks are tested in different sprints. Is this possible?

Hi @Sriharsha sadhineni ,

I think this is not allowed. A sprint represents a complete deliverable increment. If some subtasks can not be completed, it should be split at the Story level, split into multiple stories and subtasks join different sprints.

I don't think so . Subtasks inherit Sprint from the parent issue, so we cannot change sprint of a sub-task.
