Example:
Assume I have a total of 25 users.
Now I only want to allow 10 users for the Zephyr test management (example) application; the remaining users i want to be restricted from using.
We only have 10 QA users; the others are developers; they will not be utilizing this software, yet I am being overcharged for other users.
Is this a possibility?
Hi @Asa Bhanu , thanks for your question. You have to pay for the apps at the user tier, so in terms of cost, unfortunately, you will have to pay anyway for all 25 users.
It is possible, in some apps, for example, to render them visible / usable only by a user group in the Global Permissions. This doesn't solve the issue of cost, but it would mean you wouldn't have the situation where untrained users could access the app. For this, however, you would need to contact the vendor to see what they can do / have in place to support this.
