Can we restrict work log for closed issues using automation ? I am aware that we can di it through a post function by setting properties. Since we wanted to disable it in many project used by different workflows. So i would like to understand if we can set an automation

Hi @Sudarsana G ,

You may be mixing up a few things here. It is true that you can use workflow properties to deny people to log work on issues in a (done) status. But that does not involve post functions nor automation.

You just add a workflow property to the desired statuses in your workflows, once and for all. 

For this specific case, add the ira.permission.work.denied property to the Done status of all concerned workflows. See this support article for a bit more background.
