Can we use REST API for Jira 4.1.1 now (We have very old version)? Where can I get the url for it?

We need to connect JIRA 4.1.1 with SharePoint. Can we do it with this version?

REST was barely a prototype in JIRA 4 - you'll really need to upgrade (unless your Sharepoint is that ancient too).
