I like the look of the release dashboard that is built in to each project but I cannot figure out a gadget that emulates that exactly. How can you display that data as seen in the project?

Unfortunately, you would have to purchase a marketplace plugin.

But there are tons of other reporting gadgets that may fit your needs.
