Can you change column width in board view using Business Project template

Is it possible to change the width of columns when viewing a board using the Business Project template? I have a very large monitor and there is a great deal of available space. 

The software project template, for example, makes 100% use of available screen width. I would use that template, however I need the functionality of the business project (form submission) that isn't part of the software project.

When it comes to the Board, currently, it’s not possible to change the size of the columns or the width of the entire Board.

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:

• Ability to resize the width of the columns per the requirement of users
