I have seen notes where you can lock down who can view tickets with a specific issue type. Is it possible to allow everyone on the team to create a ticket with an issue type that only a few can view, and then just not see the ticket they created?
We want team members to be able to create a defect ticket, but once created, we want only the managers to be able to see the tickets.
Is this possible, or can only the people who are on the restricted list create tickets with that issue type?
