Can you configure user full name format?

We use crowd 2.7.8 and JIRA 6.1.4 and have the odd problem that our users have different name formats. Some display as first name last name and some as last name, first name. Where is the configuration for this so that they can all display the same?

Hi Andrea,

JIRA does not separate the first and last name attributes - It uses only the 'Full Name' attribute.

Hence, I believe the problem is most likely in the Crowd configuration - You may confirm that by browsing to one of the users with the name incorrectly displayed as per this link.

If you confirm the problem lies on the Crowd side, I would recommend you to review the way users were added / synchronised on Crowd. If you need additional assistance, feel free to report a support ticket with the Crowd team.
