I know how to add and remove Work Categories via the Features tab under Project Settings in a Service project. Is it possible to create a custom Work Category? I currently use Queues for this, but it would be a nice feature.
Currently, you can only toggle on and off the provided work categories. There is a feature request to customize them here that you can vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10067
