I'd like to import tasks to a sprint directly from a CSV file rather than creating them 1 by 1. I am not able to search for this option, so I wasn't sure if it's even available?

If you click on create button you have noticed there is import issue option after clicking on that button you will redirected to external import data
Choose appropriate file type and follow the process
