Can you integrate qTest with Jira for releases?

Just to preference this: hi! I'm an intern who's very new to Atlassian and IT in general. Please be patient with me, and sorry in advance if something I say doesn't make sense.

Anyways, I know it's possible to integrate qTest with Jira. I'm wondering if it's possible to integrate with Jira features at the release level in qTest?
